Anna leads NZMSC Limited and sets the direction of the company. Drawing on extensive experience in the New Zealand building industry, Anna oversees client relationships, contracts and company governance, and makes sure every project is delivered to the standard NZMSC clients expect.

Dan has worked in the New Zealand building industry for more than 20 years. As General Manager, Dan runs NZMSC's day-to-day operations, from estimating and programming to crews, machinery and site delivery. Dan's hands-on knowledge of residential, multi-unit and commercial construction keeps projects safe, on time and on budget.

With more than 25 years of experience in building, Wei brings deep practical knowledge to every project. Wei coordinates site teams, subcontractors and inspections from the first dig through to handover, with a focus on solving problems early so they never become delays.

Carson worked as an architect for a number of years before moving into project management, and has now managed projects for more than three years. This design background gives Carson a detailed understanding of drawings, consents and building details, and makes Carson an effective link between design teams and the site.

Ruby is NZMSC's Quantity Surveyor, with more than 12 years of experience in the field. Ruby prepares estimates and tenders, manages cost control and variations, and processes progress claims, giving clients clear and accurate figures from the first quote to the final account.

Iris keeps the NZMSC office running smoothly. As the first point of contact for clients and suppliers, Iris looks after scheduling, documentation and accounts, so our project teams can stay focused on building.
